Chibi Pony Base: Cotton-Mouth Closed Species Add-On

I recently acquired rights to the Cotton Mouth Closed Species by Pomihei and decided to make a base for my adopts. Here it is for everyone else to use! This P2U base was uploaded WITH PERMISSION from the species owner.

This is JUST an Add-On. It was not intended to work with any other base. I DO NOT GUARANTEE it will fit perfectly with other lineart, especially not the pony fur. Please buy the original base first, it's only $1!
